WhatsApp appointment booking, synced with your hospital system

A hospital's front desk absorbs several hours a day of appointment calls — booking, rescheduling, confirming. Reminder calls go out manually, and only some of them. No-shows sit high enough to leave clinical time unused, and there's no record of who was told what.

The system: patients book over WhatsApp against live availability read from the hospital's existing management system, so a slot shown is a slot that exists. Confirmations and reminders send automatically. Rescheduling happens in the same thread rather than another phone call. Consent is captured and recorded in line with ABDM. Any red-flag symptom or anything outside the assistant's scope escalates straight to a person — the system routes patients to the right department, but every clinical judgement stays with clinical staff.

What changes: fewer no-shows, far less phone load on the front desk, and an auditable record of every interaction.
